What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, payment confirmation.
  • Device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, cookie identifiers, and how you move through the store.
  • Marketing information: your email address, only if you choose to subscribe.

How we use it

  • To fulfil orders, arrange delivery and send confirmations
  • To screen orders for fraud and keep the store secure
  • To answer your questions and handle returns
  • To understand how the store is used and improve it (store analytics)
  • To measure and, where you have not opted out, personalise our advertising (see Cookies and tracking below)
  • To send marketing email, only if you opted in, and only about once a month

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your preferences, and measure store performance. Our store runs on Shopify, which loads its own analytics and customer-event tags (the Shopify "web pixels" you may see referenced in your browser).

Where advertising is active on this store, we may also use third-party marketing pixels — for example Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok — to understand which visits lead to a purchase and, for users who have not opted out, to show our ads on those platforms. These pixels may collect identifiers such as a cookie or hashed contact detail and the pages you viewed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of this ad-related sharing using the controls described under Your rights below; note that blocking cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only as needed to operate the store:

  • Shopify — our store platform, which hosts and processes the data
  • Payment processors — to take payment securely
  • Shipping carriers — name, address and tracking only
  • Advertising partners — limited event and identifier data for measurement and, where allowed, ad personalisation, as described in Cookies and tracking
  • Authorities — where required by law

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct it, or delete it
  • Stop using it for marketing (every email has a one-click unsubscribe)
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising — we do not sell personal information for money, but sharing data with ad partners as described above may count as "sharing" under some US state laws

To make any of these requests, email service@metaiosin.com. For the ad-related opt-out, use the "Do not sell or share my personal information" control in the cookie/consent banner if shown, or email us and we will action it. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is deleted when you unsubscribe.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and revise the date below.
